Final project

Project name: Color as an Emotional Reference Point.
A series of colorful woven fashion fabrics.
After reading articles on color and its effect on humans, I conducted a survey which examines whether there is a difference between the emotional responses to color versus the color of clothing we choose to wear. I created a series of colorful fashion fabrics reflecting the results of the survey. I have created compositions that combine different colors based on parameters from the survey in order to highlight the differences between the emotions and create a fascinating story of woven textiles.
Materials: Cotton and Cotton/Wool/Synthetic blend.
Technique: Industrial weaving.
